Mission
DoorLoop is hiring a Talent Partner to attract and acquire top-tier talent, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and drive improvements in our recruitment processes. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs, implement strategic sourcing techniques, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition : Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment : Review resumes and applications to screen and shortlist candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, knowledge, and cultural fit. Provide valuable feedback to hiring managers to support effective decision-making.
- Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights into talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and industry benchmarks. Represent DoorLoop’s employer brand and values throughout the recruitment process.
- Process Improvement and Reporting : Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and innovative recruiting techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruitment processes and generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies.

Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years as a talent acquisition partner or in a similar role, preferably within a technology-focused organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
- Strong knowledge of candidate assessment techniques and experience with tools like SparkHire.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- This role is in our Miami office 5 days per week.
- Any previous experience recruiting for a SaaS company or tech startup is a plus.
