Machine Operator Packer

Our client, an industry leader in aluminium manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator Packers to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Packer

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $18.10 per hour

Shift: Third shift, 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday, with overtime and some Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Operate machinery to produce quality aluminium products in compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Monitor equipment, record production data, and inspect for defects
• Prepare packaging materials, pre-make boxes, and ensure proper packing according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and 5S standards

What's Needed?

• Prior machine operating and product packing experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Ability to work in a non A/C controlled environment
