Location: Juno Beach, Florida (onsite, 5 days/week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Consultant to support the enterprise IT4U portal and its continuous enhancements. This role is critical to ensuring that organizational change is effectively designed, communicated, and adopted across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will operate with minimal oversight, build strong stakeholder relationships, and apply the ADKAR model to drive successful change adoption for each release.
The Senior Change Management Consultant will be responsible for understanding the product roadmap, release content, associated impacts, and user experience implications. They will independently design and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy and partner closely with Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure alignment with enterprise communication standards and timelines. This role requires strong organizational awareness, an ability to tailor messaging for multiple audiences and channels, and a structured, data-driven approach to change execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the IT4U product team and key stakeholders to understand upcoming releases, organizational readiness, change impacts, and required end-user or IT-user behavior changes.
- Streamline and manage the OCM intake and workflow process to ensure changes are assessed, prioritized, and documented efficiently and consistently.
- Drive stakeholder adoption of the OCM intake process by socializing its purpose, aligning expectations, and ensuring consistent use across all business groups.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks, personas, and support needs.
- Design and execute an enterprise-ready communication strategy aligned to ADKAR principles (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement).
- Develop targeted communication deliverables, including release announcements, FAQs, job aids, training guides, and readiness materials.
- Work independently to plan, manage, and deliver all change management activities with minimal reliance on the project team.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Marketing & Communications to align messaging, gain approvals, and ensure enterprise communication quality.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to coordinate change within their groups and customer communities.
- Support leaders, champions, and subject matter experts in cascading messages and reinforcing key behaviors.
- Develop and monitor adoption metrics, feedback loops, and user sentiment to track change readiness and evaluate effectiveness.
- Provide leadership with regular reporting, insights, and recommendations for optimizing adoption.
- Create and maintain documentation, including communication plans, change impact analyses, stakeholder maps, and training materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in organizational change management for technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated application of the ADKAR model and ability to design targeted interventions for awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience influencing leaders and gaining alignment across business units.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining adoption KPIs and using insights to adjust strategy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM.
