Household Manager/Personal Assistant- Miami, Florida
Our client is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager / Personal Assistant to support daily household operations and family schedules. This role requires someone who is bilingual (English/Spanish), comfortable driving, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily household and family schedules
- Coordinate appointments, activities, and reminders for client and the children
- Drive children to and from school, activities, and appointments
- Handle household logistics such as deliveries, packages, returns, and maintenance visits
- Oversee household staff and vendors
- Assist with light administrative tasks, errands, bookings, and reservations
- Help maintain an organized, efficient household environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving children
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
