Remote Territory Account Specialist

In this role, you will lead the way in enhancing the customer experience within a designated geography, establishing critical relationships with accounts and healthcare providers. Your expertise in navigating complex sales processes and your ability to develop tailored solutions will directly influence patient outcomes. You will be a key player in understanding market insights and driving product demand through strategic account engagement, making a difference in the healthcare landscape.
Accountabilities
- Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to meet customer needs effectively.
- Build strategic territory plans aligning shared priorities to enhance product demand.
- Collaborate with territory teammates and home-office colleagues to address customer needs.
- Anticipate opportunities using market knowledge and respond to challenges with agility.
- Leverage territory data to uncover insights and lead impactful customer engagements.
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions for collaborative solution development.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services.
- Utilize digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize customer outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college/ university required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries within the last 5 years.
- Proven track-record of high-performance in selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytical skills to solve complex customer needs.
- Must reside within territory or a reasonable commuting distance, willing to travel 60-80%.
