SAP QA Lead

Role: SAP QA Lead

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Duration: 6 months

Lead and mentor a team of SAP testers, providing guidance and support.

Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.

Foster a collaborative and efficient testing environment.

Resolve issues and establish coordination among multiple teams Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP projects.

Prepare Test execution, Test summary and Traceability reports for quality gates Define test objectives, scope, and approach for different testing phases (e.g., unit,Create detailed test schedules, resource plans, and test data management strategies.

Prepare and Negotiate test estimates

Knowledge and experience on test management tools like ( HP ALM , JIRA Xray etc) Good to have knowledge and experience on any SAP test automation tools like TOSCA or Work soft Oversee the execution of functional, integration, regression, and performance test execution .

Coordinate testing activities across various SAP modules and other applications.

Ensure proper test environments are set up and maintained. Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects in a timely manner.

Conduct defect triage meetings and prioritize defects based on severity and impact.

Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to project managers and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment on testing Provide regular updates on testing status and metrics. Ensure that all testing activities adhere to established quality standards and best practices.
