Appointment Setter (Bath & Shower Remodeling)

The Role: Inside Sales / Appointment Setter

Your mission is simple: connect with homeowners who already asked for information and help them take the next step.

✅ No cold calling — EVER.
You'll contact customers who have already expressed interest in our renovations.

What you'll do:

• Call and text homeowners who requested more information

• Answer questions and build excitement about their project

• Schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants to provide custom quotes

• Log notes and customer details in our CRM

• Send confirmation texts and emails to lock in appointments

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience (sales background is a plus)

• Strong work ethic + team-player mindset

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Excellent phone and communication skills

• Punctual, fast-moving, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable on a computer (Google Workspace + Microsoft Suite is a bonus)

• Able to adapt to different personality types

• Must pass background check + drug screen

• This is an on-site position at our Clearwater office (not remote).
