What You’ll Be Doing:

· Providing friendly, helpful service to customers in both English and Spanish

· Assisting with payments, account details, and resolving issues

· Making outbound calls to help customers bring accounts current

· Staying upbeat—even when handling tough calls

· Working closely with a supportive team that’s always got your back

✅ What You Need to Succeed:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Fluent in both Spanish & English (spoken and written)

· Strong communication and people skills

· Basic computer knowledge (we’ll train you on the rest!)

· A positive attitude and a drive to grow
