Responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently * Collaborate with service advisors to provide precise repair estimates * Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs, including brakes, engines, and transmissions * Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and explaining repairs * Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and manufacturer updates * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications & Skills: * Proven experience as a master technician with a strong background in automotive repair * Deep mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Familiarity with auto estimating processes and dealership operations preferred * Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship * Experience with Reynolds/Ignite and X-Time is a plus If you are passionate about automotive technology and ready to contribute your expertise in a dynamic, high-volume environment, we encourage you to apply today.
