We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This is a Contract to permanent position within a non-profit organization, offering an excellent opportunity to grow your career while contributing to meaningful work.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently.
• Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information or route inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing.
• Ensure communication is clear and effective in both English and Spanish.
• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory for the front desk.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and administrative procedures.
• A detail-oriented and customer service-oriented attitude.
