JOB SUMMARY
The HR Assistant II provides administrative support by documenting employee data changes, performance reports, and communications. This role focuses on answering inbound phone calls, creating cases, resolving payroll inquiries, and performing other administrative duties as assigned. It is a high-caliber customer service position emphasizing data maintenance and critical thinking. This position involves acting as an HR expert and providing support to both the HR community and employees.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer and field all types of calls that come in and provide assistance or direction.
• Closely partner with the Payroll team as it relates to inquiries.
• Field employee and HR payroll questions to properly direct them to the right resolution.
• Provide One HR expertise and support to the HR community and employees.
• Process tuition reimbursement requests.
• Complete employee verifications.
• Address policy questions, ensure policy compliance, and manage policy acknowledgements.
• Create cases using case management software.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Experience answering inbound phone calls and managing cases.
• Experience resolving payroll inquiries and understanding the logic of timekeeping and payroll.
• Experience documenting employee data changes, performance reports, and communications.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Excel experience.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior contact center experience.
• Success Factors experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience using case management and call management software.
• Spanish language skills.

Education: Bachelors Degree
