Consumer Account Manager - UniFirst First Aid + Safety

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Distributor Account Manager to join our community. As a Distributor Account Manager , you will be responsible for Manage and grow specified territory/book of business and Medi-First Plus distributor accounts specified within the territory. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MFP distributors while identifying new business opportunities and expanding sales within existing accounts.
• Achieve annual goals for sales revenue, gross profit, and targeted new business as set by the Sales Manager.
• Foster customer loyalty through continuous support, partnership, and solution-oriented service.
• Train distributor sales teams and customer service departments on product knowledge and selling strategies.
• Attend and exhibit at distributor and industry trade shows to promote MFP products and drive market awareness.
• Participate in sales training sessions and internal sales meetings to support growth and development.
• Review and recommend products for MFP distributor marketing materials and websites to ensure accurate and strategic product representation.
• Support distributor bid departments with product expertise to enhance competitive positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as the Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Operations and Production to meet and maintain business/customer needs

What we’re looking for:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid non-commercial driver’s license and safe driving record.

• 2-3 years of directly related experience.

• College degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
