Position: Personal Injury Attorney – Pre-Suit (Florida)

Location: Near Miami International Airport

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-suit personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement

• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

• Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements independently

• Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues under Florida law

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Demonstrated experience handling pre-suit personal injury cases

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Proven ability to negotiate settlements independently

• Solid understanding of Florida personal injury and insurance law

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior litigation experience (preferred, not required)

• Working knowledge of Florida insurance issues, including PIP, property damage, and basic coverage analysis

• Spanish fluency strongly preferred
