At Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Care, we are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Caregivers who possess the skills to thrive in this essential role. Previous caregiving experience in settings such as assisted living, memory care, or home care is preferred, as it provides a solid foundation for delivering exceptional person-centered care. Flexibility is key, as you will need to work PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that our residents receive support when they need it most.

A strong work ethic, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team, is vital to fostering a warm, supportive atmosphere. Additionally, you must be able to successfully pass a background check and required health screenings to ensure a safe environment for our residents.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Current Medication Technician certification (as required by state regulations).

• Prior Med Tech experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.

• Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.
