A well-established MEP engineering firm in the Fort Lauderdale area is looking for multiple Mechanical MEP Engineers at all levels to join their growing team. Opportunities are available for Project Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Lead Engineers with strong building systems experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Design mechanical HVAC systems for commercial, residential, institutional, and high-rise projects
• Manage or support projects from concept through construction administration
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, system design, and technical reviews
• Develop mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate closely with electrical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural, and structural teams
• Work with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Senior and Lead Engineers will oversee projects, mentor junior staff, and help drive project quality

What They’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of mechanical MEP/HVAC experience for mid-level roles
• Senior/Lead candidates should have 7+ years of experience
• Mechanical Engineering degree or related experience
• PE preferred for senior-level positions
• Strong HVAC/building systems design experience
• Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Project leadership and mentoring experience for senior candidates
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• South Florida project experience is a plus
