Procurement Coordinator

Temp assignment - Starts 4/13/26 - Ends 7/11/26 - Mondays through Fridays - 7am - 3pm
Pay: $20/hr.
Job Summary:
The Purchasing Clerk position will manage administrative, transactional and clerical tasks necessary to acquire goods and services for the procurement department.
Job Responsibilities:
-Process purchase orders.
-Verify information accuracy and confirm orders and deliveries.
-Communicate with internal stakeholders’ order status and delivery dates.
-Contact suppliers to update orders.
-Resolve shipping errors and address shortages.
-Acquire vendor information and enter into Workday for new suppliers or existing suppliers.
-Information can include but not be limited to EFT information, W9, and new vendor forms which will route for approval.
-Help maintain accuracy for the vendor master in Workday.
-Assist in maintaining accurate records of invoices and contracts.
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Data entry.
-Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Manage vendor set up in Workday and acquire necessary documentation such as payment information and W9’s.
-Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
-Obtain order confirmations and ensure data accuracy.
Education:
Required Education:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
