Order Administrator

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer sales orders on a timely basis and ensuring accurate impact window and door data entry.
This position requires strong understanding and familiarity with impact window and door manufacturers product ordering portals and the ability to analyze order details effectively. The Order Administrator will be responsible for maintaining an organized workflow while supporting the measure technician and sales team.
Duties
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently create quotes and orders in the manufactures order portal systems.
- Provide outstanding support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on order status and gather necessary information from customers and sales reps.
- Analyze order data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the measure technician and sales team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and address any potential challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ordering impact windows and doors is REQUIRED
- Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication with customers and sales reps.
- Proficiency in data entry into impact window and doors manufacturer's portals with attention to detail being essential.
- Ability to analyze information critically and make informed decisions based on data.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to achieving ordering goals.
