Junior Accountant or Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are an accounting and tax preparation firm located in Doral, FL seeking for a responsible self-motivated full-time experienced Junior Accountant or Full Charge Bookkeeper to be part of our organization. Responsibilities

· Complete/Review monthly, quarterly, and year annual bookkeeping for different clients

· Analyze financial information and preparing financial statements and other financial reports

· Analyze information to prepare adjusting entries to accounts

· Perform A/P and A/R functions

· Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, general ledger, payroll, and other accounts

· Assist with various ad hoc projects, as needed by the finance team

· Communicate with clients

Job Requirements

· Associate degree in accounting (work experience can substitute college degree)

· 1+ year accounting experience

· Bilingual English/Spanish

· Knowledge of QuickBooks Online or any other accounting software.

· Tax preparation knowledge preferred, but not required.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Excel or Google Sheets skills preferred

· Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
