Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $23.57 - $31.83 / hour
Summary
Provides administrative and secretarial support for System Director. Duties may include greeting and directing customers, answering and directing telephone calls, screening calls and determining priorities, composing and typing correspondence, copying and distributing materials, mail processing and distribution, setting up and maintaining filing systems and timekeeping. This position also requires preparation of confidential reports and financial data, customer relations and project coordination.
