Bookkeeper (Property Management|Village Management Software Required)

Whether we are providing a single person to fill a vacation absence or managing a multi-disciplinary, 100+ person project, we design and execute the most efficient and effective staffing solutions across all business sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties
* Process accounts payable and receivable, including rent collection and vendor payments
* Reconcile bank statements, trust accounts, and general ledgers
* Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
* Record and track tenant payments, deposits, and outstanding balances
* Use Village Management Software for bookkeeping, reporting, and data management
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and property management regulations
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in property management or real estate
* **Hands-on experience using Village Management Software is required**
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
* Experience with bank and account reconciliations
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
* Experience handling trust accounts or property-related financials
* Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Xero
* Ability to manage multiple properties or accounts
