Social Media Specialist
Staff Outsource Solutions is a global provider of staffing solutions, accessing staff from two continents with expertise across a broad spectrum of skills and experience. Whether we are providing a single person to fill a vacation absence or managing a multi-disciplinary, 100+ person project, we design and execute the most efficient and effective staffing solutions across all business sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Schedule, post, and manage content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions
* Engage with relevant accounts to increase reach and visibility
* Assist with basic content editing and formatting
* Create and send newsletters
* Support blog publishing and content updates
* Perform general administrative and digital support tasks
* Follow posting schedules and brand guidelines
* Gradually take on additional responsibilities as training progresses
**Qualifications:**
* Experience managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube preferred)
* Familiarity with basic content editing tools
* Strong written communication skills
* Organized, dependable, and proactive
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Must be able to use a U.S.-based VPN for work purposes
