ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING

- Unified Financials: Lead the integration of various business units to produce comprehensive reports, including earnings per share and liquidity summaries.
- Integrity & Oversight: Authorize balance sheet reconciliations and manage the execution of rigorous internal audit protocols.
- Technological Advancement: Evaluate existing SAP workflows to identify gaps and deploy modern system features that boost departmental output.
- Regulatory Liaison: Serve as a primary contact for both internal and external reviewers, providing necessary data during seasonal and annual inspections.
- Corporate Filings: Partner with the Controller to finalize mandatory government SEC submissions and specialized accounting narratives.
- Team Mentorship: Provide direct guidance and career pathing for a team of specialized accounting professionals.
- Policy Architecture: Help design and roll out robust financial guidelines and operational benchmarks across the entire organization.
- Professional Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in the field.
- Big 4 Experience: Direct experience within a Big 4 accounting firm is required.
- Credentials: Current CPA license is preferred.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; advanced degrees are valued.
- Industrial Background: Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional clarity in communication and a talent for leading multi-functional teams.
