This role is designed for people who are ready to work in a structured, performance-driven environment, build pipeline from day one, and progress based on results not tenure.
What Youll Be Doing
- Prospect and engage new clients through calls and emails
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Understand client shipping needs and position solutions
- Hit clear, measurable performance targets
- Track activity and pipeline in internal systems
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree (Business, Sales, Logistics, or related field required)
- Competitive, results-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and quick to apply feedback
- Comfortable working toward daily and weekly targets
- Customer-facing or sales experience is a plus
