Entry-Level Role:

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 + performance bonus

About the Role: Advisory Group is seeking a curious, analytical, and collaborative early-career finance professional to join our growing Structured Solutions team. This individual will support the design, execution, and ongoing management of structured investment strategies tailored for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of relevant experience (banking, capital markets, asset management, or trading) and a desire to grow into a more senior structuring or advisory role. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior advisors, portfolio managers, and firm leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Product Support & Research

• Assist in building custom structured note offerings using internal templates and issuer tools
• Track market data and economic indicators that inform product design
• Maintain a library of term sheets, presentations, and outcome scenarios

Trading & Execution Support

• Help prepare trade instructions and reconcile positions across Schwab and Fidelity
• Coordinate post-trade lifecycle events such as maturities, calls, and coupon tracking
• Communicate with custodians, fund providers, and internal teams

Client & Advisor Enablement

• Draft educational materials and client-facing summaries with guidance from senior staff
• Help analyze structured product performance and risk metrics in client portfolios
• Sit in on advisor training and client strategy sessions to learn and contribute

Compliance & Process Management

• Ensure all materials and transactions follow firm protocols and regulatory best practices
• Support audit, reporting, and documentation workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services (e.g., private banking, trading, equity research, investment operations)
• Basic knowledge of structured products, market mechanics, or investment instruments
• Proficient in Excel (modeling skills preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Clear communicator with strong professional presence
