We are now expanding our trading team and seeking skilled Manual Traders to join our dynamic firm.

Position Overview: We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Manual Traders to execute trading strategies across various markets. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of generating consistent returns and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. During a 3-month probation period, traders will work with a set budget and have access to our team of quantitative analysts. After the probation period, budgets will be significantly increased based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual trading strategies across designated markets to achieve a minimum return of 10% per month.
• Analyze market trends, economic data, and quantitative models to identify trading opportunities.
• Collaborate with our team of quantitative analysts to refine and optimize trading strategies.
• Manage risk effectively to ensure capital preservation and consistent profitability.
• Maintain detailed records of trades, performance, and market analysis.
• Adhere to firm-wide compliance and risk management policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual trading with a track record of generating consistent returns.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading principles, and risk management.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using trading platforms and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
