Position: Outside Sales / Appointment Setters
- $300/week base pay
- PLUS commission per appointment set
- PLUS percentage on closed sales
- Uncapped earning potential

If you’ve worked in solar, roofing, pest control, windows, alarms, or home services , this will feel VERY familiar — and the industry is BOOMING .
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing people who want to make money, be part of a growing company, and actually enjoy coming to work.
What You’ll Do:
- Canvass neighborhoods (no cold calling phones)
- Set qualified appointments for homeowners
- Educate homeowners on flood protection options
- Work directly with our sales team
