Executive Assistant
Our Kforce client located in the Sarasota, FL area is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to provide support to senior executives. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will be operating as in office 4-5 day a week. Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and meetings across time zones
- Schedule board meetings and large events
- Arrange travel and logistics, prepare briefs, and contingency plans
- Serve as main contact for stakeholders; handle confidential correspondence
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and presentation materials
- Oversee expenses and budgets; support projects and maintain records
- Degree is not required, but would be a plus
- 8-10 years supporting corporate senior executives
- Advanced MS Office 365, SharePoint, Concur, CRM skills
- Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- Professional demeanor, thrives under pressure
