- Presents issues with resolutions to the Director as needed.
- Participates in orientation and special hospital events frequently.
- Provides the highest level of Service Excellence to all guests in the office and over the phone.
- Works in a timely and efficient manner in harmony with the Human Resources team.
- Maintain highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be highly reliable with excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- High School Dimploma required. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of related experience required. Healthcare and/or Human Resources experience preferred.
- Proficient with computer software and office equipment. MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). HRIS, ATS.
