Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our Brandon office full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping daily office operations organized and efficient.

As a key member of the front office team, you will help create a welcoming experience for patients while supporting scheduling, communication, and administrative workflows throughout the clinic.

Schedule

• Full-time position averaging 30–35 hours per week
• Shift schedules may vary between 9:00 AM–4:00 PM and 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break included
• Schedule flexibility based on office needs

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients during check-in and check-out
• Coordinate appointments and manage daily scheduling needs
• Answer patient questions and provide information about office services
• Support administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain smooth workflow in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Travel between office locations when needed to assist operations
• Assist with additional front office duties as assigned
