•Client education and preventative healthcare planning You'll work alongside experienced veterinary professionals, including skilled technicians, veterinary assistants and client care staff, creating a collaborative environment where doctors can utilize their support team effectively and focus on delivering excellent medicine. The practice places a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork and continuous improvement while allowing veterinarians the clinical autonomy to develop individualized treatment plans for their patients. The Opportunity As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll manage a varied companion animal caseload encompassing preventative medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery and ongoing medical case management. Responsibilities will include: •Providing comprehensive wellness and medical examinations
•Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
•Developing individualized diagnostic and treatment plans
•Performing routine soft tissue surgery
•Providing comprehensive dental care
•Interpreting diagnostic results
•Managing chronic and senior pet conditions
•Supporting preventative healthcare programs
•Educating clients on treatment options and long-term healthcare
•Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
•Collaborating closely with veterinarians, technicians and support staff
•Contributing to continued improvements in clinical standards and patient care There is excellent scope to develop individual interests in areas such as internal medicine, surgery, dentistry or preventative care, with continuing education and professional development actively supported. •Florida veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
