We’re looking for an Front desk/ Inside Sales/ Dispatcher to join our team onsite. If you’re enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and thrive on building relationships with customers, this could be the role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers

• Educate customers about sod products, availability, and installation best practices

• Generate sales quotes, process orders, and schedule deliveries/pickups

• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers, contractors, and vendors

• Provide proactive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly

• Work closely with operations to ensure accurate scheduling and fulfillment

• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM/order system

• Assist with onsite customer support and occasional office administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in inside sales, customer service, or account management (experience in landscaping, construction, or agriculture a plus, but not required)

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset, bilingual highly preferred

• Organization: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple accounts/orders at once

• Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM/order entry systems

• Personality: Positive attitude, problem-solver, and team player

• Work Environment: Must be able to work onsite (office + yard setting)
