You Will

• Perform maintenance for manufacturing equipment used for HDPE Extrusion Blow Molding production processes to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations

• Execute & continuously improve troubleshooting & preventative maintenance services

• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution

• Perform repairs & rebuilds for spare parts

• Assure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures

• Mentor & guide more junior Technicians to grow their skills

• Expand your expertise through formal training & on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation & equipment modification projects

You Have

• Ability to work the following schedule:** 12 hour night shift 6:45pm-7:15am** on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician working with equipment used for plastic extrusion manufacturing operations

• Expert hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve

• Passion for excellence and continuous improvement

• Strong desire to be a member of a high-performing team

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation
