Physical Therapist

Salary:
$75,000–$80,000 base salary + bonus + full benefits (health insurance, PTO, CEU allowance, sign-on bonus, and potential relocation assistance)

Job Summary:
A well-established, therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team. This role is ideal for new graduates who are looking for a supportive environment, exceptional mentorship, and exposure to a diverse musculoskeletal caseload. The schedule is highly flexible, with clinic hours from 8–7 Monday–Thursday and 8–6 on Friday.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality physical therapy care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions
• Treat a diverse patient population, including teens, adults, athletes, and active Medicare patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on sports medicine, spinal dysfunctions, and general orthopedics
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications:
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• New graduate or up to 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within clinic hours
