CINS-FINS Case Manager

The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is dedicated to help children and their families by providing the right services and solutions based on individual needs. CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community.
The CINS/FINS Case Manager provides case management and counseling services to at-risk youth and their families in community-based and shelter-based settings. This role supports prevention, intervention, and diversion services through assessment, service planning, referrals, monitoring, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct NIRVANA assessments and develop individualized service plans
Coordinate and monitor services, including weekly counseling
Maintain accurate documentation in NetMIS and case files
Support families and connect them with community resources
Monitor court-ordered compliance and participate in case staffing
Provide follow-up services post-discharge
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree
Experience working with at-risk youth and families
Valid Florida driver’s license with safe driving record
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Additional Information:
Services provided in community, shelter, and office settings
Background screening required (Level II)
