All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : Unless specified, you would follow a Week A / Week B rotation that looks as follows: + Week A: Mon & Tues 8am-8pm, Fri 8am-2pm, Sat 8am-5pm + Week B: Sun 8am-5pm, Wed & Thurs 8am-8pm, Fri 2pm-8pm **Location:** 35726 US Hwy 27 Haines City, Fl 33844 **The role you'll contribute** : Responsible for establishing patients' overall experience ensuring safety and demonstrating respect, with an emphasis on customer service. This position handles access-related activities including scheduling, registration, and pre/post visit communications. This role ensures a pleasant experience for patients through efficient and courteous service. In addition, this position addresses patient inquiries and provides necessary information.
