Our agency opened in 2000 and is a small, close-knit team of three who truly look out for one another. Ive been with State Farm for over 30 years, starting my career with the company before becoming an agent. That long-term experience has shaped the way I run the office and support both our customers and our team. I attended Florida Atlantic University and enjoy spending my free time fishing, golfing, and being with family. Keeping that balance between work and life is important to me, and its something I encourage for everyone on the team. We offer 8-10 sick days, 10 days of PTO, a 401(k) after one year, a monthly health stipend, and reimbursement for licensing costs. We believe in taking care of our team so they can focus on doing great work without unnecessary stress. Our culture is simple and supportivewe operate like a small family and take care of each other. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
