- Track and monitor KPIs across multiple warehouse and delivery locations.
- Ensure compliance with client SOPs and internal operational standards.
- Monitor operational performance including delivery timelines, warehouse productivity, and service levels.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for internal leadership and clients.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a centralized logistics performance platform.
- Work with leadership to design KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.
- Help integrate operational data from various systems into centralized reporting tools.
- Serve as a communication bridge between warehouse partners, customer service teams, and leadership.
- Ensure performance updates and operational issues are communicated clearly across locations.
- Assist with operational escalations and service issues.
- Use KPI reports and incident analysis to identify root causes of recurring issues.
- Support leadership in implementing operational improvements across the network.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with 3PL providers or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with WMS or TMS systems
- Experience developing KPI dashboards or performance reporting tools

- Base Salary: $52,000 per year
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus
