Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (MondayâFriday, 8:00 AM â 4:30 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 â $120,000 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects and client programs for Siemens Energy. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects to ensure successful delivery aligned with client expectations and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead large-scale construction projects and/or client programs from initiation through completion
- Define project scope, identify qualified vendors, and manage competitive bid processes across multiple disciplines
- Evaluate and compile bids, presenting recommendations to project stakeholders
- Develop and manage project budgets, securing client approval and maintaining financial accountability
- Oversee contractor performance to ensure adherence to project goals, timelines, and quality standards
Project Administration
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including contracts, meeting notes, and close-out documentation
- Maintain organized and compliant project records
Financial Management
- Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and accruals
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and updates to stakeholders
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular progress updates to client leadership and internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver presentations, project updates, and proposals to senior leadership
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in technical construction project management
- Strong background in financial oversight, including budgeting and cost control
- Proven experience managing vendors and subcontractors
Certifications
- PMI Certification (required)
- LEED Associate, State General Contractor License, or other professional affiliations (preferred)

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and email communication tools
- Ability to develop estimates, schedules, financial reports, and project documentation
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and regulatory requirements
Communication & Leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and executive leadership
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences
Analytical & Organizational Skills
- Ability to interpret construction documents, contracts, and financial data
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
