Front Desk and Medical Assistant
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk and Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This vital role combines administrative responsibilities with clinical support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients and efficient clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, verify insurance information, and update patient records
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinics calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinical supplies
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy policies
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, billing, and data entry
- Some travel between satellite offices may be required

- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
