Manager, Technical Solutions
- Stay abreast of standards, industry recommendations, and specifications for tennis court infrastructure.
- Administer the comprehensive USTA Park Agency Tennis Assessments with leading agencies, including the Portfolio Assessment (PATA+) program.
- Administer the distribution and timeline of USTA's technical Facility Services projects.
- Collaborate to identify and establish strategies for the improvement of tennis delivery within markets such as parks and recreation, CTAs, and new facilities.
- Work directly with relevant parties on any initiatives as assigned.
- Create a knowledge technical repository
- Provide support to the Public Parks committees
- 2-4+ years, engineer in training (EIT)
- Select involvement with National tennis providers, community tennis associations, and NRPA.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge and technical understanding of site infrastructure, facility design standards, and site specifications.
- Ability to conduct site analysis
- Ability to learn and use Salesforce customer relationship management system.
- Highly team-oriented, personable, responsive, independent, and organized.
- This position is designated as "hybrid/flex" in Orlando and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time. Please consult HR for the most current policy.
