Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the retail and office team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee floral design operations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage inventory, including floral supplies and materials.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and promotional events.
• Liaise with delivery staff to coordinate efficient logistics and service.
• Train and mentor new team members in floral design and customer service practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, floral design, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Must be creative and passionate about flowers and floral design.
