Compensation: $55,000-$70,000 annually + commission opportunities
Schedule: Must be available for weekends, holidays, and evenings

Bubble Down Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager in Training (SMIT) to join our leadership development program and grow into a full Site Manager role within our expanding organization.
In this role, you'll work directly alongside experienced leaders to learn how to operate and lead a high-volume express car wash.
You'll gain hands-on experience in team leadership, daily operations, membership sales, and performance management while developing the skills needed to run your own location.
As we continue expanding across the Tampa Bay area, we're looking for leaders who want to grow with us and take pride in building something exceptional.
The right candidate brings drive, accountability, and a strong desire to grow into a leadership role — someone who leads by example, works hard alongside their team, and is eager to learn the operational side of the business.
What You'll Do
Learn to Lead & Develop a High-Performance Team
- Support the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of team members
- Support the training and development of Customer Service Associates, Team Leads, and Assistant Managers
- Help ensure full coverage across operational positions
- Assist with structured training and performance conversations
- Contribute to building a positive team culture that supports engagement and retention
Learn to Run a High-Performing Operation
- Assist with daily site operations including safety, wash quality, and equipment readiness
- Support execution of site cleanliness, customer experience, and operational standards
- Identify operational issues and escalate or assist in resolving them
- Assist with inventory management, vendor coordination, and site maintenance
Learn the Business Side
- Support membership sales initiatives and help motivate the team toward performance goals
- Learn how site performance is measured through labor management, sales metrics, and operational KPIs
- Assist with preparing reports and analyzing site performance trends
- Develop an understanding of how operational decisions impact profitability and growth
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as retail, service, hospitality, or similar industries
- Experience supervising entry-level or hourly employees
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and contribute to a positive, low-turnover work environment
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn operational leadership
- Professional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and participating in daily operations
Preferred:
- Experience in car wash, automotive service, retail operations, or hospitality
- Familiarity with POS systems, reporting tools, or Excel
