Shifts: Call required; 12 hours in a 6-week scheduling period
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery RN for a travel assignment in Fort Myers, Florida. This position requires a skilled RN who can manage high acuity patients in a 19-bed unit. Key Responsibilities of the L&D RN
- Provide professional nursing care to labor and delivery patients
- Manage a caseload with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1-2:1
- Utilize EMR Epic for documentation
- Function as part of the core staff, ensuring seamless integration into the team
Requirements of the L&D RN
- 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery
- Prior travel experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring class completion required
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring class and EFM certification preferred
- Degree accreditation or 5 years of experience
