Sr Svc Agent/Non-Driver

Job Duties

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. This is a non-driving position. Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Job

Monday - Saturday variable shift with rotating days off during the week TBD and all day Saturday. Must be able to cover shifts at HWOA, Ft. Lauderdale. Primary shift is PM domiciled at FXEA. May be required to obtain ramp ID within 90 days of hire date.

The desired location for this position would be Miramar, FL. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/GED

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver

packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Job Conditions

Non-covered safety sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
