Acting as a key liaison between SunPass Operations, Toll Operations leadership, and technical teams, you will oversee product development activities, operational governance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Delivery: Manage research and development activities related to the design, enhancement, and qualification of SunPass products and solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements and successfully transition products from the development phase to commercialization.

• Schedule Management: Oversee product delivery, managing tasks, and assisting in determining schedules for new releases, feature updates, and maintenance cycles.

• Technical Consultation: Act as a technical consultant to the SunPass Operations team, leading the testing and evaluation of innovative technologies.

• Operational Governance: Develop and maintain a centralized inventory of SunPass products, solutions, and applications while ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created, updated, and maintained.

• Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the Toll Operations Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor program performance and capture initiative updates.

• Strategic Improvements: Monitor input from all business units to ensure functional requirements are met, identifying opportunities for improvement and lifecycle replacement needs.

• Emergency Response: Gain detailed knowledge across all facets of SunPass Operations to support executive decision-making and serve during times of emergency to support state response efforts and ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or another related field, or equivalent work experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of tech industry, product engineering, operations, technology integration, or other related work experience.

• Proven experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical solutions.

• Strong capability to align technology and product specifications directly with overarching business objectives.

• Ability to prepare detailed documentation, performance summaries, and initiative updates for leadership visibility.
