Travel Coordinator
Description
Diced is looking for a dedicated Travel Coordinator to join our team remotely. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals at the entry-level to dive into the restaurant industry and play a pivotal role in managing travel logistics for our team.
As a Travel Coordinator, you will assist in organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for our staff. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth travel experiences that enhance our team's ability to focus on what they do best—delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.
We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $20 - $29, along with a supportive work environment that fosters growth and collaboration within the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including flights and accommodations
- Manage travel itineraries and provide necessary travel information
- Assist in budgeting travel expenses and tracking costs
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate rates and confirm bookings
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and guidelines
- Provide support and assistance during travel disruptions or emergencies
- Maintain organized records of travel arrangements and expenses
- Stay updated on travel regulations and safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus
