Work Environment
This role is primarily outdoors and involves physically demanding work in various weather conditions, including heat and sun exposure. The schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential Saturday hours from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM as needed. Employees will handle heavy materials and operate in a fast-paced setting where safety and cleanliness are top priorities.
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Precast Concrete Laborer to support the safe and efficient handling, storage, and preparation of precast concrete products. This position requires the ability to perform manual labor, work with heavy materials, and assist in maintaining an organized and safe worksite.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials weighing up to 50 lbs in outdoor conditions
- Perform physically demanding labor related to precast concrete production
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
- Operate machinery and tools as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Essential Skills
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, including in direct sunlight
- Strong physical stamina and capability to perform heavy lifting
- Spanish proficiency or bilingual communication skills preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in concrete, construction, or related labor roles is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
