Administrative Assistant
Seacrest Services, Inc. is a respected leader in property management, known for its supportive, team-oriented environment and commitment to professional growth. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our property teams with essential administrative tasks, including sales, leasing, and new tenant processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative workplace.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to property and department teams to ensure efficient daily operations
- Assist with sales, leasing, purchase processing, and new tenant onboarding
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare, scan, copy, file, and organize documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain records and data, ensuring information is up-to-date and well-organized
- Create, update, and manage spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Support daily office operations and assist with special projects as assigned
- Learn and utilize internal software systems, including ARC and Vantaca
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Professional and effective communication skills via email and phone
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Willingness and ability to learn new software and systems
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
- Experience with ARC and/or Vantaca (strongly preferred)
- Previous administrative or property management experience (preferred)
