Job Description • Greet all visitors to the SOM Undergraduate Student Services, directing or aiding guests as needed.
• Performing data entry, scanning, quality check, filing, and copying of documents
• Reply to and direct calls and emails, addressing inquiries and messages appropriately and accurately
• Assist with recruitment activities, such as giving School of Music tours[KWS3.1][CG3.2][SK3.3],assembling and mailing packets
• Assisting with other duties as as assigned
Expected Salary:
$15 an hour
Required Qualifications:
• Must have Federal Work Study award
• Must be able to work up to 20 hours per week
Preferred:
• Experience in providing customer service and effective communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint
• Evidence of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Freshman and Sophomores preferred; Juniors encouraged to apply
