FASTer Way to Fat Loss is the premier virtual intermittent fasting fitness and nutrition program focused on whole-person health. We deliver an exceptional member experience with science-backed strategies that help clients get well, prevent disease, and live with energy and purpose.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a charismatic, camera-ready Fitness Professional (Pro Trainer) to deliver on-camera workout sessions and represent the FASTer Way brand across content and live events. This contract focuses on specific deliverables and timelines set in the SOW.

Minimum Deliverables (Contractor will be required to:)

• Workout Filming Schedule (Monthly)
• Live Events Participation Engagement: Actively engage participants during events and photo ops
• Conferences & Summit Participation
• Programming Content & Creation
• Participate in social media promotions as needed
• Engage with followers by answering questions and providing fitness tips

Acceptance & Quality: Deliverables must meet brand, safety, and production standards; include proper form, clear cueing, and an inclusive tone with scalable modifications. Turnaround timelines, file formats, and naming conventions will be specified in the SOW.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT or equivalent) with 3+ years of live and/or on-camera instruction, preferred
• Strong on-camera presence: excellent form, concise cueing, high energy
• Candidates with direct experience with the FASTer Way program, preferred or must have alignment with FASTer Way principles (willingness to complete a program round upon engagement, if not already)
• Professionalism: reliable communication, preparedness, and collaboration with creative/production teams
• Candidates in the Tampa Bay Area, preferred candidate will need the ability to travel to Clearwater, FL for scheduled filming and events, as applicable

Contractor Requirements

• Eligible to work as a U.S. independent contractor; provide W-9
• Responsible for own taxes, insurance, and business expenses unless otherwise specified in the SOW
• Maintain appropriate professional liability coverage
